Molluscum
Molluscum contagiosum is a localized viral skin infection. It is spread by skin-to-skin contact with others. It is most common in children, ages three to nine, but is seen at all ages. Molluscum appear as small while or flesh toned bumps. Untreated lesions usually persist for six to nine months, but there are also multiple treatment options to expediate the process.
